Karate Chop Bullying Seminar

 The Karate Chop Bullying Seminar is an interactive, high-energy anti-bullying and confidence-building program designed for elementary and middle school students, youth groups, and community organizations. 


This interactive, movement-based seminar focuses on confidence, self-worth, and practical strategies for responding to bullying and adversity.


Students learn what bullying really is, why confidence matters, and how body language, voice, and mindset influence social interactions.


 The seminar emphasizes participation, real examples, and skills students can use immediately.

 Confidence Builders is a small-group confidence-building program designed to help students develop communication skills, self-belief, and positive peer interaction. 


This program is intentionally limited in size to allow for participation, encouragement, and personal growth. Students practice showing up with confidence in social and school settings while building self-belief through guided activities and discussion.


The program concludes with a Mock Red Carpet experience, where participants practice a power pose, take photos, and break their confidence board.

8-Week Program

8-Week Program

  The 8-Week Karate Chop Bullying Program is an extended confidence-building and bullying prevention program designed to support students through consistent practice and reinforcement. 


This program allows students to practice confident body language, communication, and responses to peer challenges over time. Each session builds on the last, helping confidence grow through repetition and familiarity.


  • Extended confidence and bullying-prevention seminar
     
  • Builds on the KCB Seminar content
     
  • Reinforces confidence, presence, and peer interaction skills
     
  • Length: 8 weekly sessions
     
  • Session time: 30–45 minutes per session (depending on group size)
     
  • Who it’s for: Elementary and Middle Schools and youth organizations seeking ongoing engagement.


  • Outcome:  This extended program builds lasting confidence through consistency, repetition, and skill reinforcement over eight weeks.

Karate Chop Bullying is a youth empowerment program that teaches confidence, kindness, and bullying awareness. We lead school assemblies and community seminars that give kids practical tools to stand tall, speak up, and treat others with respect.  This bully-prevention and youth-empowerment program is trusted by schools, churches, and youth organizations seeking confidence training and anti-bullying assemblies. 


Is this a martial arts program?
No. We use a small amount of martial arts-style drills to teach focus, body language, and confidence. This is not a martial arts class. It is a bullying awareness and empowerment program for all students.


Who leads the seminar?
Tim Flynn is one of the nation’s top anti-bullying advocates and the host of the Breaking Bullying Podcast. Tim travels the country teaching kids how to build confidence and stand strong.


We proudly serve youth organizations throughout Minnesota and Southern California, including schools, churches, sports teams, after-school programs, and community groups. We also travel nationwide for schools and youth organizations that book in advance.

 Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. Karate Chop Bullying is an official IRS-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

What grades is this program for?
We work with elementary, middle, and high schools. Content is always age-appropriate.  Our anti-bullying assemblies are customized for each age group to maximize confidence-building and real-world bullying prevention. 


How long is a school assembly?
A standard assembly is between 45 and 60 minutes. We can adjust based on your schedule.  This timing works well for school assemblies focused on confidence, respect, and bully-prevention education. 


What does the message cover?
We teach confidence, kindness, how to recognize bullying, how to respond safely, and how to support others.


Do you offer multiple sessions in one day?
Yes. Many schools book two or three assemblies to cover different grade levels.


Can parents attend?
Yes. Parent attendance is always welcome if the school allows it.


Do you offer martial arts scholarships?
Our goal is to provide martial arts scholarships to kids in Minnesota, Southern California, and beyond. These scholarships help kids build confidence, resilience, self-esteem, discipline, and bully-prevention skills. 


How do families apply?

At this time, the Karate Chop Bullying Seminar is offered in both Minnesota and Southern California. Confidence Builders and the 8-Week Karate Chop Bullying Seminar are currently offered in Minnesota only.
