The Karate Chop Bullying Seminar is an interactive, high-energy anti-bullying and confidence-building program designed for elementary and middle school students, youth groups, and community organizations.
This interactive, movement-based seminar focuses on confidence, self-worth, and practical strategies for responding to bullying and adversity.
Students learn what bullying really is, why confidence matters, and how body language, voice, and mindset influence social interactions.
The seminar emphasizes participation, real examples, and skills students can use immediately.

Confidence Builders is a small-group confidence-building program designed to help students develop communication skills, self-belief, and positive peer interaction.
This program is intentionally limited in size to allow for participation, encouragement, and personal growth. Students practice showing up with confidence in social and school settings while building self-belief through guided activities and discussion.
The program concludes with a Mock Red Carpet experience, where participants practice a power pose, take photos, and break their confidence board.

The 8-Week Karate Chop Bullying Program is an extended confidence-building and bullying prevention program designed to support students through consistent practice and reinforcement.
This program allows students to practice confident body language, communication, and responses to peer challenges over time. Each session builds on the last, helping confidence grow through repetition and familiarity.
