Tim Flynn — Founder | National Speaker | Anti-Bullying Advocate

Tim Flynn is the founder of Karate Chop Bullying and a nationally recognized leader in anti-bullying advocacy and youth empowerment. After being bullied from 2nd grade through his senior year, Tim transformed his experience into a lifelong mission to help kids build confidence, courage, and self-worth.

He is the owner of Kato Karate, an award-winning child-development martial arts school voted Best of Mankato multiple years in a row. Tim’s confidence-building methods have been shaped through years of working with thousands of kids and families.

Tim travels nationwide delivering powerful school assemblies that teach confidence, kindness, and practical bully-prevention skills. He also hosts the Breaking Bullying Podcast, featuring experts, survivors, and notable voices like Billy Blanks, Darryl Vidal, and Sean Kanan.

Tim was recognized by the Martial Arts History Museum in Glendale, CA as one of the nation’s top advocates for bullying awareness—highlighting the impact of his work and his commitment to empowering kids across the country.

His mission is simple: Give every child the confidence to stand tall, make kind choices, and never feel alone.
