Karate Chop Bullying Board of Directors

Tim Flynn oversees the mission, vision, and operations of Karate Chop Bullying as the founder and Executive Director.

His leadership is grounded in years of youth work, confidence training, and a strong commitment to youth empowerment and anti-bullying advocacy.

Dr. Kymberli Boynton, Psy.D/MA.Ed, is an accomplished entrepreneur and nonprofit leader with extensive experience in wellness, media, and community development.

 As the CEO and Publisher of Serenity Wellness & Innergy Magazine, she plays a vital role in promoting youth empowerment and supports various initiatives for bullying prevention.

 Dr. Boynton serves on the executive boards of several nonprofit organizations, including the Karate Chop Bullying Board of Directors. 

As a Certified Master Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, she is dedicated to helping individuals build confidence and emotional strength, making her a valuable asset in the fight against bullying.

Ryan Eustice is a banking professional with BankVista in Mankato, Minnesota, specializing in building strong financial relationships and supporting local businesses and families.

 His extensive experience in finance and community engagement makes him a valuable asset to the board of directors for the Karate Chop Bullying organization. 

As Treasurer, Ryan brings integrity, financial insight, and a commitment to bullying prevention and youth empowerment, helping the organization grow responsibly while serving kids and families across the country.

Mr. James Sanders is the Director of IncludeEducation, an organization dedicated to helping students succeed through academic support, tutoring, and youth development programs.

 He is also a recognized sports promoter with the Valley Wrestling Connection, where he helps create positive, community-focused events for athletes and families. 

As a member of the board of directors for the Karate Chop Bullying organization, Mr. James brings strong communication skills, organizational leadership, and a passion for youth empowerment. 

His commitment to education, mentorship, and community involvement makes him a valuable asset in the fight against bullying.
